Pregnancy and back pain : tips !
You are pregnant and the first “inconveniences” are starting to be felt. If you have been lucky enough not to go through the “nausea” box, most of us will know back pain. You might as well know that this will not get any better as you get pregnant. So to relieve you, we suggest a few tips that will help you to make your daily life as a mother-to-be easier.
Have the right actions every day :
- Your pretty belly starts to round out, no need to push it forward, on the contrary it will bend and hurt you. Stand as straight as you can.
- When you feel tired, sit as far back as possible in your seat and stand up straight.
- If the call of the bed is really too loud don’t forget to raise your legs slightly with a cushion, it will relieve your lower back, and facilitate blood circulation. The best position is that of the gun dog: stand on your left or right side with a pillow between your knees. We recommend maternity pillows which are more practical and ergonomic.
- The victim fashions forget the heels of more than 3 centimeters and prefer sneakers or shoes with heels just as glamorous.
If you are in real pain, you can choose a pregnancy belt (first ask your midwife or obstetrician for advice). They allow the center to be located again, to gravitate and to relieve the lumbar vertebrae.
Acupuncture is also a solution, as it helps to relieve some muscle tension.
